How a Visiqn report is made.

Every report follows the same five-stage method, so results are comparable business to business and quarter to quarter.

Stage 1

We learn what you do and where

You give us your website, your industry and the location you serve. From this we build a short profile: the services you offer, the customer you serve, and the names of the competitors we expect to see.

Example profileIndependent dental clinic, Málaga. Implants, orthodontics, emergency appointments. Serves the city and the Costa del Sol.
Stage 2

Thirty buyer-intent questions

We generate thirty questions a real buyer would ask an assistant when they are ready to choose. They cover recommendations, comparisons, price expectations, trust and urgency — and they are specific to your place, not generic.

Three of the thirtyWhich dental clinic in Málaga is best for same-day emergency appointments? How much does a single implant cost in Málaga and who is well reviewed? Is there an English-speaking orthodontist near Málaga centre?
Stage 3

Four assistants, queried in parallel

Each question is put to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity from a fresh session with no prior context. That is 120 answers per report. We record every business named, the order it appears in, every factual claim made about you, and every source the assistant cites.

Captured per answerBusinesses named · position · claims about you · cited URLs · date and model version
Stage 4

Your website, audited like a machine reads it

Our crawler reads your site the way AI retrieval systems do. It checks structured data (Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ), whether your pages state clearly who you are and what you do, whether they contain anything worth citing, and how current they look.

Stage 5

Errors traced, fixes ranked

Every wrong claim is traced back to the source the assistant relied on — a stale directory, an old press mention, a competitor's page. The fix list is ordered by expected impact, so the first item is the one most likely to change your mention rate.

A typical fix item#1 — Gemini quotes an old address from a 2023 directory listing. Update the listing and add a LocalBusiness schema with your current address.

The raw answers

All 120 answers as an appendix, so nothing in the report has to be taken on trust.

How this differs from SEO tools.

SEO tools measure where you rank on a results page. Visiqn measures whether you are named at all in an answer that has no results page. The assistants draw on different signals — entity clarity, structured data, citations from sources they trust — and a site can rank well on Google while being invisible to every assistant.

Visiqn does not replace SEO work. It tells you what the assistants currently believe about you, what they believe about your competitors, and which of those beliefs you can change.
